Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused or gently tested
- in their original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sartajshop@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Hygiene Items (Final Sale)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, hygiene items are final sale and cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes personal care products such as skincare, hair care, essential oils, and fragrance products.
Other Non-Returnable Items
We also do not accept returns for:
- personalized or custom products
- sale or clearance items
- gift cards
- bulk or wholesale purchases
- items returned without prior authorization

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the eligible product (if approved) and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
